The procedures, set out here, to cancel an order or return an item do not affect your right statutory rights or right to reject faulty goods. Further information available upon written request.
In the unlikely event of receiving faulty goods please follow one of the procedures outlined hereafter in the how to return an item area of the website..
Goods will be refunded or replaced only if they

Returning Goods:

If you wish to return goods you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you can return them. Please telephone us if you would like to return your order due to faults listed above with 48hours of acceptance. We will arrange collection so that you can return them for free. Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging, within the 48hour period of delivery. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
